In 1989, The Sunday Times newspaper ran a treasure hunt style competition called “Finders Keepers”. The R1million prize money was hidden behind a clock in a Dullstroom pub. From there, a seed was planted, and The Clock Shop grew into what is now the biggest in the Southern Hemisphere. In 2007 The Clock Shop opened its doors with 30 fun clocks covering the back wall and today we can boast that we have the largest selection of clocks in one shop in the southern hemisphere.
